Your trust matters. This policy explains what data HardLaunch collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Account data: when you sign in, we collect your name, email, and authentication identifiers from your sign-in provider (e.g. Google).
Usage data: we record how you interact with HardLaunch — pages visited, features used, generations created — so we can improve the product.
Content: we store the source material you provide (links, prompts, references) and the outputs we generate on your behalf.
2. How we use your information
To operate the Service, generate content you request, and personalize your experience.
To send transactional messages (sign-in, billing receipts, security notices). We do not send marketing email without consent.
To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms.
3. Sharing and processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with vetted infrastructure providers (e.g. authentication, hosting, payments, AI inference) that process data on our behalf under strict contracts.
We may disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
4. Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time and we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication on your sign-in provider.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@hardlaunch.com to exercise these rights.
7. Children
HardLaunch is not intended for children under 13. If we learn we have collected data from a child without consent, we will delete it.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
